We enjoy the chips and queso the burritos and both the soft and hard tacos it's all good and fresh and very tasty. I especially enjoy Taco Tuesdays, my favorite food at a great price, $5.49 including your soft drink.

This restaurant on Congress in Delray Beach is closed. There is another one up the road in Boynton.

I'm a big fan of this local tex mex chain. Funky atmosphere, beer served, and hot sauce bar are a few of this venues specialities. Tonight we ordered a "no-ritto" bowl and tostadas. Both with carnitas. Unfortunately, the carnitas were dry and scarce. I had some tostadas without and carnitas at all... The bowl was covered in black beans to the point where that's all you could see and taste. I'm hoping this was just a bad night, but I am weary to visit this location again. Too bad, I was so looking forward to visiting regularly.

Not the first tiajuana flats ive been to but this one was great. The store was clean, the food was tasty and cooked well, but the best part was the service. They were polite from beginning to end. They actually got my order wrong at first but were quick to fix it which is always great. The shift manager (i assume) was busy doing another task and stopped mid-task to offer me a refill on my drink. I will def be coming back and i really wish more restaurants would care as much as this establishment does to make each visit a pleasant one.

Tijuana Flats in Boynton Beach offers exactly what you've come to expect from the other locations. Great food, friendly services and good value. The Tacos are humongous and if you stop in on Taco Tuesday you get even More Bang for Your Buck! The atmosphere is exciting and welcoming whether you're with a group or by yourself. If you're in the mood for Mexican food and need a spot between Fast-Food and Dine-In then Tijuana Flats is the place to go!

Horrible chips. No soft corn tortillas. The tacos have very little meat and loaded with lettuce and cheese. This is just a fancier taco bell. First and Last time here.

Just opened in heart of boynton beach. Great location, the service is great, and food is a improving success. I went for taco Tuesday ordered a steak taco and blackened chicken and a side of queso. They also have outdoor seating, but the view is a parking lot lol. I would def recommend this location a very busy area

I was in the mood for some nachos and guacamole. So we decided to try this place out. We ordered 3 different plates of their nachos, all of them should have guacamole, and none of them had it. We paid for this and they should have said something when we were ordering, and not wait for the food to come and say we are running out of a lot of stuff. This was my first time trying them so I guess they were just having a really rough night with all the Cinco de Mayo celebrations. Anyhoo I will give them one more try, but next time I need my guacamole.

It's a chain Tex-Mex restaurant, so there's nothing too outrageously original about most of their food. However, this place gets 5 stars from me because the quality of the food is always consistent and the service is great! The staff here is super friendly and helpful.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
